東電電纜有限公司，原名為啟東實業有限公司，創辨於1969年，主要產品為中低壓電力電纜，控制及通訊電纜。

為求進一步提高品質及擴充產品種類，本公司於1991年正式與美國菲爾普斯道奇公司合作；得到該公司的技術輔助及引進高科技技術和先進生產設備，使本公司的生產、管理和品質都有大幅提升。繼美國菲爾普斯道奇公司在2007年被通用綫纜收購後，及隨後 通用綫纜 宣佈在2014年10月在東南亞撤資，本公司在2015年順利回購相關股份。  

目前本公司在香港擁有兩間工廠，面積合共50萬平方尺。在1993年12月，啟東公司率先榮獲英BASEC機構在香港頒發的ISO9002認証証書。在1994年啟東公司正式擴展到中國東莞，興建一間達350,000平方尺的廠房。在1996年12月，東莞啟東公司也榮獲英國BASEC機構頒發的ISO9002認証証書。今天，東莞啟東公司擁有美國的UL、英國的BASEC和LPCB的產品認証，2007年更獲得環保ISO14001認証，並在2009年，開展了風力電纜。

集團的年產銷售逾五億港元，更荷蒙香港各大機構採用，包括：中華電力有限公司、盈科電訊有限公司、香港建築署、香港房屋委員會及各大著名建築和電梯工程公司。

Introduction

Keystone was established in Hong Kong in 1969, under its previous name of Keystone Industrial Company Limited. Keystone’s main product line includes copper wires, building wire, low and medium voltage power cables, control cables and telecommunication cables.

Keystone has improved its production management and advanced its manufacturing technology. Keystone’s driven effort for improvement in quality standards and expansion of product lines are driven in order to fulfil market requirements. This led to the formation of a joint venture with Phelps Dodge Corporation (PDC) of America in 1991. Since 2007, Phelps Dodge International Corporation is a subsidiary unity of General Cable Corporation (NYSE: BGC). Following General Cable announcement for divestment in Oct 2014, Keystone reached an agreement to buy back the share from General Cable in March 2015.

Currently, Keystone has two factories with a combined area of over 500,000 sq.ft. in Hong Kong and Dongguan respectively. In December 1993, Keystone was first to receive ISO9002 certification issued by British Approval Services for Cables (BASEC) in Hong Kong. In early 1994, Keystone expanded to a 350,000 square feet production facility in Dongguan, China. In December 1996, Dongguan Keystone was awarded ISO9002 certification from BASEC, UK. Currently, Keystone Group holds ISO 9001’s certification from BASEC, LPCB and UL. In 2007, Dongguan Keystone obtained ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certificate.  

Keystone markets its products both locally and overseas with annual sales over 500 million Hong Kong Dollars. Keystone have the honour of being a qualified cable supplier for companies, such as CLP Power Hong Kong Ltd., Hong Kong Telecom, as well as the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department along with Architectural Services Department, Hong Kong Housing Authorities and numerous real estate developers and elevator companies. In 2009, the company successfully developed 30kV Rubber Windfarm Cable.
